伸展運動治療都市人常受的痛症困擾

頸椎前傾 受損不自知 伸展運動治療五常痛症
使用智能手機或平板電腦時令頸椎過度傾前、長時間坐着或站立、走路過急等,都是導致港人「周身痛」主因。周身痛又可稱為「五常痛」,即平日最常出現痛楚的五個位置,包括頸痛、肩膊痛、腰背痛、坐骨神經痛及膝痛,都市人可透過伸展治療,紓緩甚至根治痛楚,重拾正常生活。
智能手機成頸痛元凶 香港人經常受痛症困擾,常見為肩頸痛及坐骨神經痛,尤其辦公室一族,每天工作八小時或以上,因長時間使用電腦及久坐致病。不少人遍尋減痛方法,如服食止痛藥、做物理治療、針灸及看脊醫,但通通無效。
建議從事寫字樓工作的人士,應每坐兩小時,便休息15分鐘,其間可走動或如廁,做伸展動作等。近年越來越多人習慣長時間低頭使用智能手機及平板電腦,他警告若頸椎過度前傾會致頸痛,因為膊頭應與耳朵成垂直線。
林引述脊醫研究指,若頸部向前傾一吋,即膊頭與耳朵差距每多一吋,頸椎肌肉便要額外承受多30磅力量,相當於在頸部放上三包5公斤米包。他眼見不少人受頸痛困擾,但無察覺「元凶」為頸部過度前傾,建議市民減少使用平板電腦,使用智能手機每半小時便要休息。長時間打字,可致上臂骨向內旋致肩膀痛外,原來經常「唔舉手」也是致命傷。
