點解成日背脊痛?

背痛 腰酸背痛,相信你我都曾經此苦。到底有沒有方法可以預防背痛呢?答案是﹕「有的!」 背痛的成因 脊柱由脊椎骨組成,彼此由韌帶連接,形成脊椎關節。每一關節內有半流動性膠質的椎間盤,用以吸收震蕩力。正常的脊柱,從正面及背面看應是成直線的;但從側面看,應該是成一弧線,也即是在頸部及腰部微向前彎,在胸部及尾龍骨則微向後彎。如果這個弧線的形狀不當,長期受壓,便會引起疼痛、神經線受壓而出現麻痹、肌肉軟弱或萎縮等症狀。至於薦椎及尾椎,俗稱尾龍骨,與盤骨組成兩個重要的關節叫薦骼關節,是唯一接連上身及下身的關節,任何有異於正常的位置會令到盤骨移位而產生痛楚。 背痛的原因很多,例如姿勢不正確、缺乏運動、身體過胖、創傷、關節炎及其它。「預防勝於治療」,如果我們日常生活小心的話,背痛是可以避免的。 預防勝於治療 最簡單的預防是注意日常的坐立姿勢,便可免受背痛之苦。 站立 將體重平均分佈在兩腿,儘量拉直身體,收貼下顎,平放雙肩,收緊腹肌,盤骨處中線位置。這個正確的姿勢確保背部之正常弧線得以支援。如果你因工作關係需要長期站立,例如洗熨衣服,不要將身體倚向一邊,可將一隻腳平放在踏板上,紓緩背部的壓力。 坐姿 我們的坐姿對背部有重要的影響。如果背部正常的弧線減少,對韌帶之壓力足以令到椎間盤向後凸出而壓著旁邊的神經線。坐下時,背部應緊靠椅背。如有需要,卷一條毛巾放在腰椎的弧位,可加強支援力。雙腳應平放地上或傾斜的平面上,膝部應與臀部平放或比臀部低,避免背脊彎曲。需要長期坐著工作的人士,應選擇適當高度的臺面,避免頸部及背部向前傾斜。切記用眼睛來閱讀,閱讀時不要把頭放得太低。 搬運物件 如你需要從地上搬起重物,先站近該物件,彎低雙腳拿起,緊記彎起雙腳之角度要強於腰背之角度。即使要拿起的東西十分輕巧,也不要俯身拾起,應抓緊物件的旁邊,挺直背部,抬高物件至腰部高度。放下物件時,應把以上程式相反進行。 減低體重 腹部過重,會直接加重背部的負荷。你應經常運動,強化肌肉和鍛練身體的堅韌性,並要保持適中體重。 本文章所載內容只作參考用途,並非提供任何專業診斷和治療的意見。
