手痹頭痛響警號頸梗膊痛隨時惡化

上班族長期精神緊張及工作壓力大,很容易不自覺「縮起肩膊」,出現頸梗膊痛,用盡按摩膏止痛貼也幫助不大。有中醫師表示,部份患者的肌肉僵硬由頸部一直延伸至肩膀,甚至到腰部,除了膊痛外,也可引致頭痛,延誤治療隨時惡化至頸椎病,導致手部麻痹,連取水杯也乏力。走罐治療及穴位按摩有助改善症狀。 香港防癆會中醫診所暨香港大學中醫臨床教研中心林平方醫師表示,診所求診者中約三分之一為頸梗膊痛,當中逾三成人已出現頸椎病,引發頭痛、神經痛及手部麻痹。求診者以40至50歲的中年白領為主,又以女性居多,除因工作需長期維持同一動作,或姿勢錯誤外,精神緊張也是高危因素。 「個人成日好緊張,好易會不自覺縮起膊頭,但自己完全唔覺」。當頸肩部肌肉長期被扯緊,可牽連頭部以至「後尾枕」位置,但易被誤當一般頭痛,不少患者靠長期服食止痛藥鎮痛。 頸椎惡化 手部無力 頸梗膊痛是勞損的表現,肩頸肌肉會失去彈性,變得僵硬。患者甚至摸到肩頸痛處「谷起硬晒」,因勞損性物質會在痛點形成結節,令肌肉柔軟度下降。長期下去,可致身體兩側肌力失衡,引起頸椎病及退化,「可以嚴重到掂吓都痛,夜晚又痛醒,成日食止痛藥都無用」。有病人則誤以為是枕頭不合適,不斷換枕頭兼轉換睡眠姿勢,但痛楚依然。 經常頸肩疼痛的市民,若同時有頭痛或偶發性的手部麻痹就要正視,這都是頸椎病的常見症狀,「有啲病人好忍得痛,幾年都唔睇醫生,淨係用按摩器、按摩膏同食止痛藥,好咗幾日又發作」。頸椎退化會令手部不能用力,嚴重影響日常生活,「嚴重到攞杯水都無力」。 她表示,頸肩疲勞初期可多做伸展運動,痛症較嚴重者,可找專業伸展治療師以手法治療幫助伸展肌肉,舒緩痛症,效果顯著。
