伸展治療vs物理治療vs瑜伽

上班一族經常因為長期對著電腦而頸梗膊痛,部分人會選擇去作按摩而紓緩痛症,但其實按摩只是治標不治本,按完一次,幾日後又再次發作,無法根治問題。近年坊間興起一種伸展治療,本用以針對治療運動員的勞損及痛症,近年開始應用於都市人的痛症,包括頸、肩、腰背、膝蓋及坐骨神經等的毛病。
物理治療vs伸展治療vs瑜伽 伸展治療與物理治療有何不同?物理治療是使用儀器,以及進行電療及熱╱冷敷,以協助拉鬆特定的部位如頸及腰,進行復康治療。而伸展治療是由治療師以人手協助患者拉鬆全身肌肉,以增加肌肉的柔勒度及柔軟度,從而減輕痛症。而瑜伽一般只能拉扯表層肌肉,比較適合本身健康的人士參與。由於許多痛症的問題根源於深層肌肉,而伸展治療可針對深及淺層肌肉問題,而且在進行療程之前,會先進行評估,再安排須進行的治療計畫,然後按部就班進行肌肉強化訓練。 伸展治療師資格 所有伸展治療師都必須考取認可學院發出的認可證書,其中包括:「關節活動幅度測試」( Range of Motion Assessment )、「動態式獨立群組伸展」( Dynamic Isolated Stretching )、「壓力管理」( Stress Management )、「痛症管理」( Pain Management ) 及「本體感覺神經促進術」( Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation ) 等。現職的伸展治療師大多本身為職業運動員、體育教師及健身教練等。 伸展治療服務適合白領人士及痛症問題人士,包括有上班一族、退休人士、職業運動員、醫護人員,甚至有少至9歲的兒童進行寒背或身體姿勢糾正等。
