伸展運動增血管彈性,防堵塞!

對平時較少做運動、筋腱較僵硬的人士來說,進行靜態拉筋期間,若拉得太緊、太盡,令肌肉自發收緊,反而有機會造成血壓上升。
【預防中風】 伸展運動不但可活動四肢的筋腱,海外有研究指出,高血壓病人進行伸展更有降血壓作用,可增加頸動脈的彈性,預防血管堵塞,長遠可減低中風風險。對筋腱較僵硬的病人來說,進行動態伸展比較適合。 美國一項研究指,當地德克薩斯州大學的團隊安排37名、40至78歲患輕微高血壓病人,連續6星期、每星期進行3次伸展運動,每次30分鐘。結果發現,病人的高血壓有改善,其中上壓下降了4至6mmHg(毫米水銀柱)。檢查顯示,病人的頸動脈血管彈性增加了23%,長遠有助預防中風。 對平時較少做運動、筋腱較僵硬的人士來說,進行靜態拉筋期間,若拉得太緊、太盡,令肌肉自發收緊,反而有機會造成血壓上升。不少人在伸展時又會「不停un」,也容易拉傷。謝達暉建議,高血壓病人進行動態伸展較佳,可減低因肌肉繃緊和緊張,而令血壓上升的風險。由於動態伸展的關節活動幅度較大,可提高其柔韌度,預防受傷。目前不少運動員及球隊都會進行動態伸展。 《蘋果》記者資料來源: 蘋果日報
